Michael Rife

Hello, my name is Michael Rife, and I am proud to be a lifelong resident of Adams County, Pennsylvania, where I have raised my children. While I am relatively new to the world of real estate, my background as a home inspector gives me a unique advantage as I transition into this field. Through my experiences working with various realtors, I quickly discovered my passion for helping people in my community find their ideal home—whether it's a starter home, a dream home, or anything in between. I am excited to guide my neighbors, both new and familiar, through the process of buying or selling.

When I’m not helping others find their perfect home, I’m a husband, father, and proud “Pop Pop.” I also serve as a coach and volunteer for the Special Olympics PA Central Region Team Adams. As the father of a Special Olympics athlete, working with these amazing individuals has had a profoundly impactful effect on me and my family. I am grateful for the opportunity to give back to such a wonderful cause.
