I work very hard to get my clients the best deals possible. The average realtor will get their buyers about 1.5% off the list price. I average 5% for my buyers. The average realtor will negotiate about 95% of list price for sellers, I average about 98.5% for my sellers. On a $200,000 house that a buyer wants to purchase: an average realtor negotiates a price of $197,000. My typical negotiation would get the buyer a price of $190,000. In this example; I would have saved my buyer $7000 more than the average realtor. I have been a realtor since 2003.

I have won many awards and hold several certifications including a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). I hold an MBA with a major in Finance and Banking.

I retired from Management in a Fortune 100 company in 2000 focusing on Billing Improvements in the IT division. I understand computers, the internet, and social media.
