I was a first time home buyer and Mike made it an easy and awesome experience. He's really easy going and comfortable to work with and makes himself available to you as much as possible. The few times that I felt lost in the process or uncertain, he was very patient with me in guiding and informing me while looking out for my interests. He always worked with a great sense of urgency as I was on a short timeline and was flexible enough to work with a crazy work schedule like mine. You'll enter the journey of purchasing a home feeling confident as he'll explain to you very well what to expect and you'll finish the journey, learning from him a lot about the home buying process and having those expectations met. My fiance and I used Mike as our realtor when we were relocating from NY to RI for my residency program at Brown. At first we were unsure whether or not we wanted to buy, but within an hour of signing up on the physician loans website, we received a phone call from Mike and he eased our worries about buying and we were right on track. We had a whirlwind search of RI, looking at over 15 houses in 2 days and Mike was extremely accommodating and always able to be flexible to meet our schedule. He was knowledgeable about the area and really efficient at streamlining the entire process, especially with us being 3 hours away in another state. We found our house and closed and the entire process took about two months from start to finish! We were also extremely impressed with Kevin, an agent who works with Mike who was our point person throughout our experience. Everyone Mike recommended from home inspection to contractors were professional and great. We will definitely be listing with Mike when we sell in the future!!

Mike was a devoted and very professional agent. He had intimate knowledge of the process and at three specific times pointed out possible pitfalls and what to do to avoid them (including a significant issue with the plumbing/septic system which was a major sticking point to the sale; he was aware of the laws and what to do to remain covered). I'm confident that many potential issues were avoided because of this. I also was impressed by his aggressive work ethic. Our house value was only in the 200-250,000 range and at all times i felt that i was getting the same service as someone who was selling a 1.5M dollar home. In addition he was extremely accessible, taking a few calls on the weekends and after hours when issues arose. I strongly recommend this agent for selling you home. However we also used him as a buyer's agent and were equally satisfied with the process.

We relocated from New Jersey for my husbands residency program with Brown. After renting for a year we needed a place to own and call our own. Mike was a HUGE help with our first time home purchase. Not being familiar with the area, it was comforting to know that Mike only looked at all of the safe and nice areas in Cranston and Warwick where we were interested in buying. Mike was very thorough and patient with us and was always very responsive. He went above and beyond to help us navigate the flood zone situation on our house and even submitted the request to remove it with the township/FEMA. I never felt pressured and always felt listened to and respected by Mike no matter how dumb my questions were. We will definitely be calling Mike when we go to sell our house in 5 years!

My girlfriend and I recently began the search for our first home and, being new to the process, had no idea where to begin. After a few webinars and a lot of web searches, we got to the point at which we were ready to find our buyer's agent. Within an hour of reaching out to Mike, we had received our first phone call and had already scheduled an initial meeting. We spent about an hour and a half grilling Mike with every interview question we could possibly think of (or find online). Not only did he take the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, but his answers were everything we wanted to hear and more. We walked out of the interview knowing that we had found our agent. Soon thereafter, Mike began accompanying us on our property visits. Each time we viewed a property, Mike asked questions we would have never thought to ask, and noticed important details we would have otherwise missed. Quite frankly, we felt a heck of a lot more comfortable having him in our corner. The insights he provided saved us an incredible amount of time, money and frustration. Within a short time, we were fortunate enough to find our future home. By this time, Mike had already taught us quite a bit, but the thought of submitting our first offer had us anxious. Lucky for us, Mike kept us updated in real time and, with every conversation, reassured us that we were in good shape, explaining the next steps and reasonable timelines. Fast forward about a month, and we are officially first time homeowners! To say that Mike was a great realtor would be an enormous understatement. In what could have been the one of the most stressful times of our lives, Mike was our representative, our content expert, our mediator and, at times, our confidant. We couldn't imagine having done this without Mike's help. He's professional, down to earth, and VERY good at what he does! As long as he's in the business, we have our realtor, and one that we will recommend to everyone we know!!

I have had multiple real estate dealings over the past several years and have dealt with all kinds of realtors. I have had the best experience by far with Mike. I relocated our of RI and needed a realtor to sell a property in RI. I am so glad I found Mike. He was extremely patient with me throughout the process. His knowledge of the market and process is immense and invaluable. I honestly believe that if I did not have his expertise and suggestions, It would have taken much longer to sell the house. Not for a moment throughout the process did I ever think that he had any other clients than me. When he was with me on the phone, he gave me his complete undivided attention and made me feel like I was his only client. I have bought and sold 3 homes prior to meeting Mike and with him, my husband and I, have sold 2 homes and bought 1. Mike is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with and I will recommend him to everyone going forward. He is honest, direct, very helpful, always available, resourceful, and has a great sense of humor. He is like a one stop shop for buying or selling a house. Besides all his realtor duties, he always had a recommended person for anything we needed from a builder to a mortgage company, to a locksmith, which was incredibly helpful.
