Michael S Wong

Michael S. Wong is a licensed Realtor/Broker in North and South Carolina specializing in helping buyers and sellers throughout the greater Charlotte area with their real estate needs.

Michael is a native of Lima, Peru. He previously held corporate finance roles with increasing responsibilities with large public multinationals to privately held companies, culminating as a CFO for a regional retailer in Charlotte. Michael has taken his passion for mindfulness, business excellence and value-added transactions to co-create his real estate team after much success. He is fluent in Spanish with working knowledge of French.

Michael's customer service and strategic mindset allowed him to close over $50 million in transactions since he started full time in real estate. Over the past two years, he closed over forty-five transactions with over $25 million in volume. He sits on the board of directors at the Charlotte Canopy Association and in the Audit, Budget, and Finance Committee subcommittee. He is also a board member for the NC Realtors board, representing all realtors in the state of North Carolina.
