Michael started providing me with Nashville area real estate updates two years before my husband and I were ready to buy a property. He responded to several emails during this time, answering several general questions I had about market trends. When my husband and I finally decided we wanted to buy a home in Nashville, I contacted Michael. He went to work immediately, taking me out to see houses, giving me a good idea of available options, and wisely encouraging us to think of this purchase as an investment. When my husband arrived in town, Michael took him through the same paces. Although the seller of our chosen property turned out to be quite prickly, Michael remained optimistic. A week after my husband’s arrival, we got the house. I can’t say enough positive things about Michael’s ability to listen to and synthesize the various financial, family, and emotional realities we presented to him as buyers. He took care of the nitty gritty of property viewing schedules, negotiating hurdles, home inspection, contract details, title company regulations, seemingly without batting an eye. The ease of our property search and purchase was due to Michael’s superior local knowledge, real estate expertise, local contacts, and communication skills. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend working with him. We will certainly come back to his firm to handle our next real estate venture.

Michael was referred to us from a close friend as we were relocating to Nashville. During our move, Michael was patient and allowed us to take our time and come to him when we were ready for next steps. He checked in with us regularly but we never felt pressured - I appreciated the fact that he wasn’t pushy and allowed us to drive how aggressive we wanted to be during the home buying process. He was as hands on as we wanted/needed him to be but was also quick to step in and offer his insight and market knowledge where he saw appropriate.
