Mike Sansevero was my listing agent and excellent. He patiently worked with me to get good photos online to represent the property. He knew the other condos in the complex well and was able to get me the best possible price. I was appreciative that he came to closing and made my sale go smoothly. He is easy to work with and put my needs at the forefront. He was able to work through some buyer difficulties that could have lost the sale for me. In the midst of our brutal NY winter I decided I had enough and needed to be on the beach part time. I was referred to Mike from my local agent's out of town referral dept. I was lucky to get him. He immediately called, sought out my preferences, sent me what was available, and set up email alerts for new properties. I booked a flight a few weeks away and Mike set up the properties that I wanted to see. I flew down on Fri night and Mike spent all day Saturday driving me around showing me properties. He even developed a lead(by asking around the building and knocking on doors) that led us to a unit that hadn't even hit the market yet. I almost bought that one. Unfortunately the units in the 2 buildings I was most interested in went under contract within days of arrival(of course). I flew home Mon only to get a frantic call from Mike on Wed afternoon that a unit in the desired building came on the market at an attractive price. He suggested we write a contract on it immediately and add a longer inspection window for me to fly down to see. I agreed and that's what we did. We dealt with a difficult agent and seller combination but Mike navigated the process that culminated in my new condo on the beach! He also referred me to an excellent inspector and a really great title guy. Mike, you helped me achieve my dream of a beachfront condo and hooked me up with a great team to get it done.
