Michael Scarpino

Mr. Scarpino brings almost two decades of commercial real estate experience to Commercial Property Realty Advisors in investment and land sales. Prior to joining Commercial Property Realty Advisors, Mr. Scarpino was Managing Director of the Investment Services Group at Colliers International South Florida.

Mr. Scarpino''s expertise in the disposition and repositioning of commercial properties in the South Florida marketplace has resulted in transactions exceeding $450 million. Catering to both institutional and private clients, Mr. Scarpino has represented some of the most recognized names within the commercial investment and development industries, including:

AEW Capital Management, Lennar Corporation, MBL Life Assurance Corporation, Claridge Properties, Inc., First Union National Bank, World Savings Bank, Oriole Homes Corporation, Balcor, The Fidelity Mutual Insurance Company, ITT Hartford Insurance Company, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Institute, USF&G Realty Advisors, and Bank of America.

Aside from a brief tenure at Cushman and Wakefield, Mr. Scarpino spent fourteen years with Colliers International South Florida. Mr. Scarpino previously led both the retail division and the investment services group for Colliers, while being named top producer in three different years. His areas of specialization at Commercial Property Realty Advisors continue to be investment and land sales . His experience and expertise include numerous commercial investment transactions in office, industrial, land, multifamily, retail, golf course and distressed properties.

Mr. Scarpino holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Management from St. Bonaventure University in St. Bonaventure, New York. He is currently a CCIM designee, a member of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, a board member and Co-Chairman of the Marketing Committee of the Uptown Business Council, a committee member of the Uptown Development and Improvement Group, a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, a licensed Florida Mortgage Broker and a member of the National Associations of Realtors.
