Michael Schafer

Michael Schafer is a lifelong resident of Washington state and has lived in the greater Seattle/Eastside communities for 17 years. He received his degree in Business Administration with an Entrepreneurship Focus from the University of Washington in 2003. He has spent his entire professional career in the Real Estate Industry and worked his first 6 years in the Title Insurance and Escrow field. During that time, he discovered his passion for working with people and decided to take the plunge into being a Real Estate Broker in 2010. What he enjoys most about his profession is getting to know people from all backgrounds while helping them achieve their real estate goals. He’s often described by his past clients as a trusted friend that is an expert in his field.

Outside of work, you’ll find Michael spending time with his wife and daughter. Together they seek adventure in a region that has lots to offer. Lots of trips to the Zoo, Aquarium, local farms, etc. to keep their toddler entertained. They love being social with friends and family and have a close circle of friends. Michael is an avid sports fan of the Huskies, Seahawks and Zags and if he’s not talking real estate, you can be sure to strike up a conversation about sports.
