Michael Semenow

Michael joined Malet Realty, Ltd. in February 2009 as a Property Manager. In August 2009, after quickly demonstrating his skill and operational strength, he was promoted to Vice President Property Management. He is responsible for overseeing all the day to day operations of the management staff and the managed properties.

Prior to joining Malet Realty, Ltd., Michael had 10 years of property management experience working for a company that managed a portfolio of properties for out of State Owners that included approximately 3 million square feet of local properties as well as an additional 1 million square feet of out of State properties. He also worked for a local developer managing a portfolio of self-owned properties. Michael currently holds the designation of Certified Property Management Specialist (CPS).
