Michael Shipley

With years of experience as a purchasing agent and estimator for a building materials/construction company, Michael helps sellers economically prepare their properties for the market. Buyers are able to see property potential in the remodels of Michael’s own homes, which reflect one of his favorite hobbies: the study of design and architecture.

Michael moved from Linthicum Heights at age 16, when his parents purchased a farm on the Eastern Shore. Michael and his wife Joanne, still reside in Caroline County. Michael is very involved in the community and volunteers on the boards of local charitable organizations.

With seven plus years of Real Estate experience, he works out of the Denton office and mainly serves Caroline, Talbot, Queen Anne, and Dorchester counties with their commercial and residential needs.
