We came to Portland to look for a condo or a house and our daughter asked Michael Smira to help us. It has worked out to be the best recommendation. He and his assistant Danny Sommers showed us quite a few places and got to know our needs and preferences. We decided on a house with a good view that our daughter found.

Michael negotiated with the seller very well on our behalf. The price ended up in line with what we thought was reasonable and the seller was willing to fix almost everything that needed to be done. He guided us throughout the process and in fact sometimes beyond his duty took the initiatives to make the house more ready for moving in. He has many connections to make this possible. He is dependable, friendly and considerate.
