I submitted this to Zillow as well, but wanted to post it elsewhere, as Michael and Karen are beyond amazing.

This review is way late (my fault) but very, very deserved - Michael and Karen helped me sell my late mom's house this spring. I was happy to see others give Michael and Karen five star reviews, because that is the absolute least they deserve. To say they went "above and beyond" would be a major understatement. Not only were they beyond excellent as real estate agents, they were insanely helpful to me (as someone who is new to home sales and travels often for work) to get things cleared out of the house (credit to their kids too!) - Karen was literally spackling holes in the walls on the last day - what else could you possibly ask for?

Seriously - they had my interests at heart first and foremost, were excellent agents, and were helpful beyond what anyone could expect. Thank you Michael and Karen! Do not doubt the competence and work ethic of these two - they are well beyond amazing. They are the nicest, most committed and professional people I've encountered. Thank you!! I hope this review is better late than never.

Michael and Karen Smith are the ultimate duo real estate agent. Michael goes above and beyond with his service. As a first time home buyer, we had no clue what we were doing. He’s honest and wants what’s best for us. He made the experience painless for us! Great communicator and very responsive to any emails and texts, even if they were in the late evening. Even offered to help us move and patch up things at our new place. We would definitely refer him to friends and family and contact him again for future home buying.
