From the moment we met Michael Soper, my husband and I knew we were in good hands. Michael had a vision, created a plan, set up an aggressive timeline, and most notably he and his amazing team made it all happen within days! Prior to our meeting, Michael provided us with detailed pricing options for our estate property. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, we relied on Michael to provide comps and identify a price and a plan that met our needs. Immediately, Michael and his team of professionals got to work. Minor repairs were completed, and the house was cleaned and polished. Then, the amazing staging team swooped in and transformed the house into the gem we never imagined it could be. Professional photos were taken and within days we had a sale! Michael was in constant communication with us throughout this brief process. Behind the scenes Michael was negotiating, coordinating, and working out the details to not only make the process as easy as possible for us, but to close the deal just inside of a month. Remarkable, but true. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome and wouldn’t have changed a thing!

From start to finish Mike was phenomenal to work with. I couldn't ask for a better first home buying experience. He wants the best for his clients, goes the extra mile to get you the best offer, and he’s incredibly knowledgable. He’s genuine, not out to make a quick buck and sell you everything. When showing us homes, he didn't just open the door and tell us to show ourselves around. He was there as a helpful guide and an extra set of eyes that found things I would never know what to look for. This is how a dream first home buying experience should be.

Even after the buying process, he stuck around to offer assistance with referring us to contractors for work we wanted done. It was a blessing to buy my first home with him. I want to publicly thank Michael Soper for everything he did for me to be able to sell my house…above asking price. Michael came to see my house and determined a course of action and strategy to get my house sold. Unfortunately, the contractor I had hired before Michael was involved never completed the work and my house was left half finished. Michael presented the plan to finish the house, including specific things we need to do, and a legitimate contractor who started and finished the work very quickly. Next, Michael proposed marketing, staging, and pricing strategies. The staging was amazing (gave me second thoughts about selling), and the marketing video and pictures were outstanding. Lastly, Michael presented me with his appraised value and his strategy to sell the house for at least that amount. After considering all the offers, we were able to sell at a price above our asking.
From start to finish, Michael presented me with options, listened to my input, gave his professional advice, then implemented the strategies we agreed on. He kept me informed during every step of the process, and was very responsive at all times. Be prepared because once Michael gets involved, things move very quickly. It was a very successful pleasure working with Michael from start to finish.

I had the opportunity to work very closely with Michael Soper and his team. I had an estate home I needed to sell and Michael Sport reached out to me and discussed the opportunity for him and his team to sell the estate home. Michael set up a webex call with myself and other family members and had a formal presentation and a detail plan and time line to sell the estate home. So what separates Michael from other real estate agents is in three categories. One this is professionalism. Two is his knowledge of the market. Three is his connections with independent builders and problem solver. The estate home my family was trying to sell was 64+ years old and was not updated. Michael had a meeting with my family members and a update idea and plans which we could update the home at a reasonable cost, and it would bring tremendous value for potential buyers. He brought in his team and we formulated exactly what we wanted to update in the house and his team was able to complete the upgrades within five weeks at a very competitive price .The house looked amazing on completion of the upgrades. Michael and I spoke about the price and from his knowledge of the market, we priced home in which we felt was going to bring us a strong return. When the house went live, we had tremendous amount of potential buyers. Michael and I were in constant communication about potential buyers . Michael’s knowledge of the market is what’s sets him apart from other real estate agents. He would update me when new listings we’re going on the market how they were priced and where we were competitive wise for the estate home to be sold. he would follow up with agents right after a private showing and would constantly call them back to get feedback, and where their potential client was for the purchase of the home, As a seller the most exciting phone call is the one in which you have an offer for your home not one, but two.. Michael went above and beyond to assure that the price we were selling the house for is exactly what we had planned for the very beginning. potential clients that are planning on selling their home.
