Mike truly is an awesome realtor!! Mike worked with us from the beginning of looking for a home to the day we purchased our home.
Before we moved he recommended a home inspection company and a moving company both of which we used and were happy with. Got connected with Mike thru Zillow. Then I gave him a call and he was very patient to listen and talk with me about my thoughts of finding a house in Front Royal area. The 1st call took about 45 minutes! He gave me many advices without pushing for anything

Although my husband and I mostly searched on Zillow for properties and then found some that we were interested in viewing and then asked Mike to schedule for appointments for us, he was quite helpful when showing us the properties. And he would listen to us without pushing either.

By a good chance we saw a property of our dream, we told Mike to schedule for an appointment right away, and he did! Then he helped us thru making an offer, communication with the sellers and signing thr contract, then to recommend a good home inspection company and tittle company to close the deal. So now we have bought our dream house!

Mike is very patient and laid back while working extremely hard. That is exactly what we needed. He was good with the gentle push when we needed it. He was always available and very knowledgeable about the areas in which we were searching. This was a hard move for us as we wanted to stay closer to DC, but couldn’t afford to. He helped ease us into the country because that’s where we needed to be. I would use him again, and recommend him to any of my friends!!

We have now purchased two investment properties with Mike, and I can’t imagine going through the process with anyone else. Even after the closing, Mike stopped by our open house (as we were immediately trying to find a renter), and assisted us in creating a video walk through that was superbly done. He hit every positive amenity of the house, as he virtually walked the viewer room to room… all this for OUR potential renters… all for US! Mike was great to work with! He walked me through the whole process of buying a home for the first time. Mike was flexible and able to show me houses in the evenings and on the weekends. Mike was wonderful about pointing out pieces of the house that may cause me problems in the future and helping me visualize what a space could look like with a few small changes.

I always thought realtors just let you in the door to show you houses until working with Mike. He thoroughly guided me through every step from talking with a mortgage professional, setting up a customized search, touring several homes, writing a contract, negotiating, was at my home inspection and closing, and even helped me find a contractor and landscaper. Mike always responded immediately and patiently to my questions and was available night and day. I knew with his business, marketing, and sales background that I was being represented by someone who was creative and experienced. I can’t imagine using anyone else.
