Michael Sroka

Born and raised in Conshohocken PA, Mike attended the local schools, participated in school and community sports and graduated from Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School. Mike later attended The Fox School of Business at Temple University and received his Bachelors in Business, with a focus in Human Resources and Real Estate. A veteran of Conshohocken area for more than three decades, he and his father have participated in their own personal property investments, construction and management which has strengthened his growing knowledge of the market and territory. His participation in his community with charities such as One Life and the Front Row Foundation, has made him a well-known and respected business owner in the area. He is a member of the local economic development corporation, a board member of the local Chamber of Commerce, and a part of the special Borough Committee for Real Estate and how it relates to the local government. Mike is also an elite member of GoBundance, a group for the betterment of life, family and business. He currently holds his Associate Broker License through Keller Williams Main Line Realty, and also maintains his Real Estate License in New Jersey. Mike is passionate about helping his fellow agents succeed. He actively helps coach and mentor agents by teaching at real estate offices throughout the area, speaking at business conferences including Penn State and other venues for real estate professionals, and he is the education coordinator of the Local Business Networkers International Chapter. He has also been coached for more than 15 years by the leading Real Estate coaches in North America. His experience and skills have earned him numerous awards including Presidents Elite and Presidents Diamond Society. Mike is a co-owner of several different groups including The Home Experts For You Real Estate Team, M Property Services: a commercial and residential property management company, an investment group and a title company. He also invests in local businesses such as restaurants. His team has consistently been one of the Top Teams in the Philadelphia region over the years. In addition, Mike also works with estates, relocation, development, new construction, commercial investments, businesses, liquor licenses, commercial leasing and as a consultant. He has a strong knowledge for local zoning cases for area business owners and developers, and has served as an expert witness testimony for several projects in the area.
