Michael Stangel

Licensed since 1997, for the past 25 years Michael Stangel has been a full-time REALTOR®; serving the Northwest and North sides of Chicago, the surrounding suburbs of Park Ridge, Niles, Des Plaines, Norridge, and the Chicago communities of Edison Park, Norwood Park, Jefferson Park, and more.


For 2014 he was honored with the prestigious Centurion Award, the highest award for excellence in sales, and ranked 6th in his office out of over 175 agents. He also received the 5 Star Award, which is awarded to only 3% of the REALTORS®; in Chicagoland.


The 5 Star Award is for customer service and is awarded through anonymous polling of people who purchased and sold real estate in the past 12 months. He has also been selected for 2015, 2016 and 2017 as a 5 Star Award winner.

His clients come from all walks of life, and most are referrals, but he is always ready to help new clients with their real estate needs.

Personally, he has been married to Katie since 1992, and has a family of 6 children range from high school up to College and beyond!
