Michael Sullivan

Michael Sullivan, Commercial Valuation Analyst, has extensive experience in all aspects of appraisal and review having been appraising in Colorado since 1991. Mr. Sullivan''s responsibilities include appraising office, industrial, retail, land and apartment building investments. Prior to joining RMVS, Mr. Sullivan worked as a commercial real estate broker for 5 years focusing on office and industrial properties. Mr. Sullivan holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Denver with a specialization in income property appraisal, real estate investment analysis, real estate taxation, real estate marketing feasibility, and statistical analysis methods.
