Michael Swanson

Mike has nearly 50 years of owning and managing income properties. Before moving to Cape Coral in 2004, Mike owned and managed 140 residential and commercial units in the Seattle area. Mike was active in several industry organizations including the Washington Apartment Association where he was President for two years. The WAA represented over 4000 rental housing owners. Education includes an Associate Degree in Real Estate from Everett Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Washington.
