Michael Tacoronte

Michael, along with his extended family, immigrated to the United State from Havana Cuba in 1959. Michael relocated to Hampton Roads in the summer of 1981 from South Florida. All of Michael’s family, continue to live the American dream. After a combined 24 year private practice medical career in Respiratory Care Medicine in Miami Florida and Virginia Beach, Michael decided to sell his practice. Michael decided to follow in the rest of his families footsteps and become a Realtor and Real Estate Consultant. In 2005, he was named “Rookie of the Year”, and in 2010 was named “Top Sales Agent” in the Hampton Roads region for Long and Foster Real Estate. Year after year Michael has also earned the “Circle of Excellence” award by the Hampton Roads Realtors Association, which is given to Top producing agents in the Hampton Roads Region. In addition, Michael has also been consistently recognized one of the Top Producing sales agent by Long and Foster Real Estate.

Michael has adopted many of the skills learned as a businessman to his Real Estate practice. In 1996 Michael founded Ideal Enterprises, Inc. At first, Ideal was responsible for the management of Michael’s own personal real estate holdings. Today, Ideal Enterprises, Inc. manages a multi-million dollar portfolio of properties from private to commercial properties for investors. Michael’s unique approach in dealing with his tenant base makes him a seasoned professional property manager. These skills also fit very well with his investors who are offered a “Turn Key” solution for the caring of their personal real estate portfolios. Michael consistently focuses on providing his client base with personally tailored solutions to their unique circumstances.
