We met Mr. Michael Tepper at one of his open houses. We liked his professionalism. A few months later we asked him for his help in purchasing an apartment in the same complex. He guided us through the entire process, from making an offer to completing the coop application to doing the final walkthrough on the day of closing. Every time we had a question, he was always prompt to respond. Mr. Tepper is truly a responsible and honest agent. We appreciate his hard work and dedication, and we highly recommend him without hesitation.

My experience with Mike was amazing. This was my first time looking and trying to buy a co-op. Mike was attentive to what my fiancé and I were looking for by asking questions! He was very accommodating and worked around our schedule to look at places and go through our final walk through. Without Mike, my fiancé and I wouldn’t have known where to begin. He made us finding and buying our first home a great and fairly easy experience due to his knowledge and responsiveness. Everything was organized and he was extremely kind throughout the whole process. I recommend using Mike to buy or sell your property!!

As a licensed home inspector I get to see which real estate agents truly have their clients best interest. Whenever I have worked with Mike, he is always grateful when I find the defects within the property to protect our clients best biggest purchase. A lot of agents may view these things as “deal killers” but Mike puts his integrity first because he values relationships more than just a sale. I highly recommend any buyers or sellers to work with him and they will not be disappointed!

My experience with Mike was great. I had been looking for co-ops on my own because I didn’t know what exactly I wanted and didn’t want agents pushing their will on me. I reached out to Mike to see one of his listings and he was 1) responsive, 2) attentive, 3) accommodating and made my overall experience smooth. I ended up purchasing his listing! He made the process so easy going that at times I couldn’t believe I was officially buying my own place. Everything was quick but organized and I was very pleased with Mike! Mike Tepper is a hard working and true professional when it comes to real estate. He is always in touch with his clients as he always communicates what is going on. His clients are well informed on what the marketing strategy is. I had Mike Tepper sell our family coop which was under my family’s name for 49 years. I was always notified when there would be a showing, and the feedback after a showing. He would also let me know about the up coming Open Houses, and the reasons behind the the times that were proposed. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I highly recommend Mike Tepper for anybody looking to sell or buy a property.

Michael is a fantastic real estate agent. He took the time to listen to the needs of my family and provided me with listings that fit our criteria. Mike Tepper is THE ultimate professional!! My husband and I worked with him on several real estate transactions with the sale of real estate in New York, and he is a very professional person, very hard-working, motivated and very responsive. He always gets back to you. He ensures to coordinate all of the visits to the property and follows up immediately. We highly recommend him and we definitely work with him again in the future.
