Let me start this review by saying, I’ve known Michael Tessaro since the third grade, that’s 51 years. In those 51 years, Michael has always been the example of integrity and honesty; a person to be trusted.
My dad passed away coming up on 6 years. My mom fell ill a year and a half ago. She asked to be moved to assisted living because she recognized that she could no longer care for herself. A few months ago, she realized that she would never be able to return to the home she shared with her husband for 45 years. It had to be sold.
Knowing Michael has been in real-estate for 40+ years, we decided to ask him to sell our parents’ home. Hiring Michael was the best decision we could have made. From day one, Michael hit the ground running. He lined up the title company, set up the initial walk through, the inspections, sold the items left in the house, brought the home from the 80’s to 2024, cleaned up the landscape, kept me up to date on all the paper work and behind the scene activities, and the big one, he got the solar panel company’s lien off her home. (Solar companies are a nightmare to work with.)
I know, you might say all this is to be expected from a realtor. I’d say Michael made the whole process stress free. I only stress I had was self-induced.

Simply the Best Agent to work with to sell your home. Michael knows exactly how to make your home the most appealing to prospective buyers. He arranges for all the work to get done that's required to prepare the house for putting on the market. And he's not afraid to roll up his sleeves to do some of the work himself. Michael doesn't waste time getting the house ready to sell. He is very efficient and responsive to what needs to happen next. When he told me he was planning to have the house sold by the end of the week, I thought to myself that he was being a little over optimistic. But he did it!

Michael was also very helpful getting us through all of the paperwork needed to sell a home - as it can be somewhat overwhelming at times. We always felt confident that he was doing everything the right way and in our best interest. There were never any surprises. Things happened just like he said they would. He would send us weekly property reports of houses sold or for sell in our area so we could understand and appreciate the current market behavior. All we can say is you won't be disappointed having Michael representing you. He is a very trustworthy person and we couldn't be happier with his results.
