We have worked with Michael past few months and he has always been supportive and patiently helped us through the process and questions we had.
Michael is professional and always available to help you. He has been a realtor for so many years and knows the area, especially Mountain View and Redwood City very well. He know the ups and downs of each neighborhood and helps you in making the best decision.
He is thoughtful and pays attention to so many details like what works best for you based on our unintentional feedbacks and feelings after visiting each place.
Buying a home is a stressful process; however, working with Mike it was fun and easy.
He does not limit his work to your home purchase and he is still kindly helping me on other things needed.
Overall, we have enjoyed working with him and recommend him to our friends an family.

My wife and I started our journey to buy the first home in mid summer 2021. At that time we were so confused on where and how big we can go for with our budget.
We decided to look for a home at the pick time of the BIDDING WARs so we decided to spend some time to interview several agents to see who has enough knowledge on the area, technical issues, and more importantly help us to go for a reasonable bid. Also, both me and my wife were so picky therefore I was looking for an agent who could stay with us for a long time.
We selected Mike after a couple of month of research on the agent. He incredibly led our home search and I remember he didn't let us bid on some homes that we thought they were great at the moment.
Finally, we closed our first home in May 2022. During this time, I can tell we looked at over 60 homes with Mike and he never complained on the lengthy home search. He stayed with us all the time and helped us on numerous things with his vast knowledge on the reasonable bid, cost of repair, home condition, home potential, and more importantly, the NEIGHBORHOOD. Also, he helped us to find the contractors in a timely manner to wrap up the initial repairs before moving into the new home.
Currently, when we look at this journey from start to finish, I can tell Mike was the best choice because of so many reasons. I strongly recommended him to my friends and I'll stay in touch with him for the future homes.

I (I am representing myself as buyer's agent) purchased a home Michael listed recently. And I met him at the open house. He is a very impatient realtor and explained to me all the features and benefits of that home. Not only so, he also helped the seller with many improvements before putting the house on the market. The seller is a senior lady, Michael was patient and kind to her as well. Before I made the offer, I had a couple of other homes in my mind. The other realtors, who are so called "top" realtors, didn't even answer or return calls. So I decided to move forward with Michael's listing. The whole transaction was very smooth. I don't need to worry anything as Michael is a trustworthy person. He gave me really good advices on making some improvements to my new home. Both seller and I are very happy working with him. Nice guy!

We worked with Michael for months to find our ideal house. He was always very patient with us. He spent a lot of time with us, and was always available for us to visit a house, or answer a question. He always considered our needs and taste in his recommendations. It was so pleasant to work with him!
More than all that, he always had great ideas and perspectives that we tend to miss! He always saw all the details and aspects of things, that led us to make the best decision.

We highly recommend Mike Teymouri. He guided us through the purchase of our two houses, and far surpassed any of our previous realtors. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the local area, allowing him to give useful advice on home location selection. It was difficult for us to directly monitor repairs, escrow concerns, and the like. Fortunately, Mike is very pro-active, taking care of every issue, sometimes even before we found out about them. He makes good use of his prior experience as a luxury home builder and engineering contractor, and thanks to his ability to develop a close working relationship with the seller's agent for a smooth transaction.

In addition to having substantial experience as an agent, Michael is also well versed on topics like construction, structural integrity, and how to turn houses and properties into positive investments long term.
