My wife and I had a great experience with Michael. He is absolutely incredible. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home. He has been easy to contact and extremely patient and friendly. We looked at about 20-30 homes with him before actually deciding on our house. We didn't even know if we truly wanted to buy, but he stayed patient with us the whole time. He knew our interests and helped us through the process.

He also sold our house and that was even easier. No problems at all.

I think that the best thing about Michael is how available he is and how well-connected he is. The mortgage company he introduced us to got us an unbelievable rate. He arranged everything for our new house. He contacted a plumber and an electrician to help us out on day one after closing. He also arranged for a pool company to come out and contacted the service provider for the existing security system.

I don't think that you will find a more hard-working realtor than Michael Thomason. He helped me move (and hang) TVs in our new house, helped me install a wine refrigerator and changed all of the lightbulbs. He is a true gem and I would recommend him unconditionally to anyone. We now consider him a good friend and will stay in contact for years to come.
