Thank you for taking time to learn a little bit about me. I started my career in real estate because I felt that there were many wonderful people getting taken advantage of by professionals that did not have a solid background in the industry they were representing. Like many realtors, my interest in joining the profession started with my own home search. During that time I met many realtors, some I liked, but many that were very uneducated in the product they were selling, homes.
Coming from the homebuilding background, I could instantly tell when I was being “ sold” on something or being told the truth and far too many times I felt Like I was being sold. I did find a great realtor along the way it showed me there can still be a level of professionalism and experience. Not necessarily having to come with homebuilding background but it did come with many years of knowing the product he was selling. At that point I knew that I could be of great value to others with my background and experience.
So here I am now here to serve you. I pride myself as not being just another realtor on the block that completed a 75 hour course and is only looking to make a commission check without putting in the correct work. Those that know me will say that I am a very hard-working person. I take hard work, dedication, integrity, and respect very seriously. While I cannot advise you as your contractor while going through this process, I will always do my best to make sure you are led into the right direction and not taken advantage by dishonest, unknowledgeable professionals.
I am still a partner in our family run construction company that my brother and I started in 1999 called FTJ Builders Inc. I take great pride in the history of our company and the history of my craft. I started off as a third-generation Mason, learned carpentry, and eventually becoming a general contractor. These experiences coupled with my market knowledge will give you a great added value in me being your realtor.
