Mike was incredibly helpful and an expert on all facets of selling and purchasing a home. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and flexible to make sure we had a great experience and smooth transaction process.

Mike sent a professional photographer for photos and the results were amazing. The photos and Facebook and Zillow ads Mike ran drove significant virtual and foot traffic to our property and received 6 offers on the first day. We sold our house significantly over asking price and could not have been happier with the entire process. We got a great buyer for our home and both parties are extremely happy.

Mike was an expert while helping us find a great home at a great price during a extremely difficult time to buy. Mike was very knowledgeable on homes and helped point out potential issues and things to avoid. Mike was incredibly helpful and we credit him to finding the perfect home! Mike has a unique methodology to pre-advertise your house before it is listed. Then sets the first day your house may have showings. I’ve been in multiple Real Estate transactions over the last 8-10 years and this was absolutely the best one. Since the first text message, Mike was very professional and super efficient in every step of the process. He coordinated the photo service with a dedicated resource and the pictures came back in less than 2 days. All the paperwork was sent electronically, very convenient during these days. Mike was on top of everything and available literally 24/7 for any questions we had. He was completely honest and transparent since day 1 and very knowledgeable of our area/market. Mike Vazquez was very quick to respond when he was given our name. He got some information from us and set up a time to meet in our home. When he arrived he was very professional, but warm. He had done his work in getting a large number of comparisons in the surrounding neighborhood. He listened to what we had to say and made suggestions. He kept us in the know as to what was going on each step of the way. He gave suggestions to help us get our house ready for pictures and showings. The person he used to take the pictures did a fabulous job. He kept us abreast to what was going on with the showings and offers. He was never pushy, but was ready with suggestions when we asked his opinion. After accepting an offer he kept us informed to Inspections and had the closing information ready for us.
