His first years in the business (’09-’11) were spent performing valuations in many different markets for bank foreclosures and short sales. Completing over 600 in those two years engrained him the skill to read any need and accurately understand property values and trends. Being able to communicate clearly with all participants in the transaction, and keeping a positive and level-headed attitude, is also a skill he possesses.
