Upon graduating college in 2006, Mike Wade began his Real Estate career. Entering the business during a difficult market, and at a young age, he was able to gain experience that has proven to be invaluable for his business today. Having 12 years of experience, Wade has earned a reputation as a client-first agent. Due to his hard work and relationship-first approach, repeat buyers, sellers, and referrals comprise the majority of his clientele. Wade has seen his career expand from first-time home-buyers and renters, to working with sellers, developers and investors in the various needs they have. Wade and his team continue to be in the top 1% of Illinois Realtors, with 2017 setting a new bar for his personal career. Wade has also been recognized as a 5 Star Premier agent based on client reviews, which documents his hard work, commitment and communication skills throughout the process. With numerous transactions that have taken him anywhere from Lincoln Park to the West loop as well as the Chicago suburbs, Wade is confident he can provide the best service available, no matter the neighborhood. Wade graduated Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Management. In addition, Wade has obtained his Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and his Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) certifications to further expand his portfolio and assist clients. He spends most of his free time on Lake Michigan sailing or enjoying Chicago with friends and family. He lives in River North with his wife Monica and French Bulldog, Sloopy.
