M. Scot Walker was very proactive in helping ready my property for sale. He offered to provide any services needed, including removing heavy furniture, helping with yard sales, repairs, cleaning, just anything! He re-homed a very unsociable cat with a perfect new home--amazing! Even before the property was actually listed, he promoted the upcoming listing to the buyer sector that he felt would be most interested. As a result, a buyer made a full-price cash offer within a few hours of listing! An all-around amazing realtor! This is your guy :)

We recently made the decision to relocate to the Carson Valley and when a desirable house popped up for sale we knew we had to act fast. We contacted Remax and had the great fortune to be connected with Scot. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, honesty, patience, and hard work ethic. He jumped right in to represent us, and despite there being other offers we got the house! Scot's communication skills are outstanding, and he has been there for us every step of the way. He has always answered every call, text, or email no matter what time of day or night it was. We never had to worry about what to do next because he had everything scheduled and ready to go. He has gone above and beyond throughout our relocation and helped us with tasks that we could not tend to ourselves.
