We’ve been working with Mike for 7 years and he’s reliable, honest, and works hard to make sure all processes are going smoothly. We had a closing fall through at the last minute due to liens on the property from the seller. We were stressed to the max, but Mike kept us updated and was so patient with us throughout the next 6 months of us asking for updates daily. A year later we had to start our search over and Mike was right by our side. In the end we found our dream home and thanks to Mike’s guidance we were able to put in a strategic offer which convinced the sellers to pick us over 10 other offers! That same year, Mike helped us to find tenants for our rental property. He took care of every detail for us, which was so helpful as first time landlords. Then 6 years later, when it was time to sell our rental property, Mike helped us price it just right, took amazing pics, and we closed a month later. Any snag that we came to, Mike was truthful and gave us practical, reasonable advice. We trust him with all of our home buying and selling, and when the next opportunity comes for our family, Mike of course will be our #1!

Google should make more stars for this one….Michael is by far the most knowledgeable real estate professional I know. I wouldn’t use anyone else ever. Michael is professional and responsive and honest and caring. He will tell you like it is too which I respect the most. I learned so mych in this process and he guided me every step of the way. I didn’t even worry a second during my recent closing. I was able to focus on my new business and Mike handled everything seamlessly. Highly recommend.

Mike is a Realestate agent that you should never never overlooked!! He is the cream of the crop! The “creme de’ la creme.” A top notch A plus agent!!! He is knowledgeable, on point, precise, and always on top of things. He made our selling process quick, easy, and headaches free. He knows his stuff and his actions, and service proves it all!!!! I would not utilize another agent service no more—Mike is also nice and he’s the man, and the agent that will get it done—period.

Mike Walton was amazing to work with! He made an extremely stressful process as easy as he could; he was totally responsive to every question, even after normal business hours- which was so appreciated as buying a home is so time sensitive! Buying in this market as it is right now is extremely difficult with overbidding and such, but Mike continued to be positive, show us homes in our prince range and style, and was sure he’d find us our perfect first home- he did just that! We are so grateful and happy to recommend Mike to anyone in the market to purchase!

I was lucky enough to find Mike when I purchased my first home. He was so patient and always had a smile on his face. He gave me valuable info and I was able to find a wonderful home.
I recently moved to Florida and there was no way I would work with any other relator!
He really exceeded my expectations. He said my home would sell in 3-days. It took 2 and 1/2 and I had a buyer.
His guidance was amazing!
