Simply put: Michael is a wonderful friend and very experienced realtor in the Bay Area. From the get go, he has always been so warm and friendly and very competent at what he does. Michael is excellent at communicating and very engaging; always keeping his clients informed every step of the way. He will make a client’s dream a reality and puts their needs ahead of his own; working to get the fairest deal possible. The one quality that stands out is RESPECT. The respect for the situation, the clients needs, the clients feelings and privacy, whether it’s the buyer or seller. Michael will treat you the way he would want people to treat him. His “can do” attitude gets the job done!

Michael is very knowledgeable of the local market and pricing strategy to balance getting the best offer accepted in the shortest time-on-the-market. He was always available for our questions throughout the offer and closing process. He was always on time and responds to you no matter what time of day or night you reach out to him. Even now, he continues to help us with random home questions - so we feel like we have a very knowledgeable friend now!

We loved working with Michael! We were extremely green as Buyers, but Michael was patient with us and guided us through every step of the search and contract process. When we began our search, Michael had a thorough intake process to get to know us, our needs, and what we were looking for. Once the ball was rolling, we were in contact with Michael pretty much every day sending him over houses we were interested in seeing and lining up homes to view over the weekends.

Michael was always very responsive, providing us additional information on homes we liked (e.g. rent back situations, significant red flags from inspection reports, and background on the location). When it came time to making offers (and we made several), Michael walked through our decision with us, then made sure that we had all hands on deck to submit our offer and position us for success.

What we appreciated most about Michael was his professionalism. Michael forged connections with every listing agent for every home we made an offer for - which we valued since we were consistently up against 10+ highly competitive offers. The most important thing we were looking for in a Realtor was someone who we could trust to fight for us in conversations we weren’t part of, and Michael fulfilled just that. Because he took the time to get to know us, we felt like every listing agent knew our story. Additionally, we felt safe knowing that Michael always had our best interest in mind and vouched for us like he was part of our family. We highly recommend working with Michael!

Michael was my agent to sell my rental property in early April. He has been a godsend during this entire process. I was choosing between Redfin and Michael, and I am so glad that I went with him. It might sound crazy, but I never needed to step foot into the condo once I signed the contract with Michael. He took care of everything -- replacing the carpet, fixing the place, coordinating with the HOA, and staging! There were so many nights he worked until after 10 PM in my condo fixing things. Not to mention all the add-ons he did without asking for reimbursement. Michael was able to find the perfect buyer before listing, and the entire process took less than a month. I would highly recommend Michael to be your agent. He is someone who you can trust. Thank you, Michael, from the bottom of my heart.

Michael did a phenomenal job guiding me through the sale of my Condo. His energy, dedication to his craft and his ability to have my, and in this case also the buyer's, best interest at heart was impressive. He was very professional and kept me appraised of the process every step of the way. He was easy to reach via phone, email or text if I had questions and he always kept me informed of next steps.
I really expected that selling my condo was going to be stressful specially during the midst of the COVID pandemic; I was wrong! I'm sure Michael was the reason things went smoothly and stress free.

From start to finish Michael has been the most attentive and responsive selling agent that I have had the pleasure to work with. Thanks in large part to Michael’s incredible work ethic and dedication, we were able to get through a probate sale in less than two months.

Michael spent hours detailing all of the presale recommendations that would contribute to a successful home sale. He worked collaboratively to identify “must do’s and may do’s”. The list of local contractors and vendors provided by Keller Williams was extremely helpful. While we were at a slight disadvantage, with long distance from the home being a challenge, Michael was very instrumental with the coordination of scheduling repair work with contractors.

Once we were near completion of necessary repairs, Michael coordinated to have the home staged and brought in a highly talented photographer and videographer to promote and showcase the home online. This was definitely key, particularly during the challenging times of Covid and California fires. The listing was amazing. Michael’s knowledge of the neighborhood provided insight to the market and his unwavering faith that the home would sell for more than the asking price was what we needed to hear.

We put our trust in Michael and it paid off. He was with us every step of the way.

This was my wife's and I first experience in buying a home and Michael made it so easy for us. No pressure at any point during the process. The house shopping was a fun and exciting. When looking at houses with Michael, he always showed us what to look for in them. He is extremely knowledgable in the housing market as I have learned soo much from him. Genuinely felt like he was looking out for us and gave us his honest feedback on homes. If he felt the home was not for us, he would tell us. Especially if there was something wrong with the home. If there were more star for rating we would totally give more! Michael was professional, helpful, positive, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with us. We are first time homeowners so knew very little but Michael made it easy, smooth, and showed us the way. He remained focused while going through a tough market.
