An international real estate agent, Michaela Mazur has been a licensed residential sales professional for over 15 years. Her experience has encompassed selling at the Warren Buffett-owned CBS/Home Real Estate in Omaha and in Cape Town, South Africa with Christie’s International, and in Beverly Hills with Berkshire Hathaway. She is currently dually licensed in New York City and California, and works concurrently in Douglas Elliman’s New York City and Bridgehampton offices serving clients in the Manhattan and Hamptons markets.
Michaela grew up in a real estate family in Omaha where her mother, Cindy Cawley, has been one of the leading sales agents for decades. She was running open houses and selling condos at the age of 19 during her summer breaks from Santa Clara University, and has since enjoyed a successful career around the world in real estate. Michaela owns property in both the NYC and Wainscott, NY where she lives for part of the year.
Her illustrious background in fashion, working for many leading executive women in the business and running a successful fashion brand of her own, gives Michaela a keen eye for design and potential in property. She has helped manage international and domestic estates and worked with top realtors around the globe to rent villas, sell penthouses, and manage multimillion-dollar new construction luxury homes.
Michaela believes that the New York market is about understanding the current price per square foot, knowing the right people to connect with, and like many things in life, timing! She resides in the West Village and has built her real estate practice with her community of neighbors, friends, colleagues and family.
