Growing up in a family of real estate entrepreneurs, Michaela became particularly familiar with the tax benefits of a mortgage deduction at an early age. (Translation: she was not popular in school, but at least she had the knowledge that would prove useful decades later.) Michaela began her real estate career while attending the University of California, Santa Cruz. Where she graduated with a degree in Business Management Economics. After a four-year stint in the corporate world of digital marketing, she bought her first two investment properties at the age of 27, found her way back to real estate, and hasn't looked back since.
With experience in marketing, technology, and various facets of real estate, Michaela's diverse skills are leveraged to proactively engage with clients and streamline the home search for buyers and the home selling process for sellers. Michaela understands the detailed process clients undertake as part of each transaction and aims to provide a supportive experience from beginning to end. She is enthusiastic about helping others fulfill their dreams of homeownership, whether it is with an investment property, a first home, or anything in between.
As a Bay Area native, Michaela has in-depth knowledge and expertise with respect to the region's dynamic real estate market. Outside of helping clients buy and sell homes, you can find her running the occasional half marathon, eating her way through local restaurants, and checking items off her never-ending bucket list. Building a house is next on the agenda.
