My partner, Philip Wahlberg, and I have complimentary skillsets in marketing (mine) and residential design and construction (Phil’s). We have deliberately kept our team small so we can give every client our personal attention, and our track record over the past 7 years is fantastic.

We are consistently ranked in the top 10 selling teams in our Coldwell Banker branch, with 35+ transactions per year, and our client reviews average to the highest possible 5.0 star rating.

I'm a skilled negotiator and expert marketer. Clients appreciate my attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and deep knowledge of the Twin Cities area as a native-St. Paulite. I earned my Bachelor's degree in American Studies, summa cum laude, from Yale University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Minnesota. Before real estate, I spent many years in the corporate world working in marketing, strategy, and business development roles at 3M.

My favorite way to spend a free day is biking to Minnehaha Falls with my husband and two sons, or reading a good book. I enjoy working on projects in my 100-year-old home in St. Paul.
