For Buyers: In depth market knowledge, I will help buyers get pre-approved, preview listings on your behalf, and email you daily any new listings that meet your criteria. Once you select a prospective home, I will analyze market and neighborhood conditions and comparables to help you get the best price on your purchase. I will continue to work on your behalf negotiating through engineer inspections, mortgage and any sales contingencies and follow up until closing.
I am a part of a 3 fulltime broker/agent team and we are 100% committed to our clients. With over 65 combined years of experience in selling homes we know the market in and out!
