Michele is both an amazing real estate agent and person in general. We were out-of-state buyers and just became parents right before we started our house search with her. Traveling far with a newborn just wasn't an option, so Michele was especially attentive and meticulous with touring homes for us and was very honest in her assessment with the properties. After we closed, Michele also introduced us to contractors and scheduled and met with them before we did our big move. We could not have asked for a better agent during this very busy season for us, and we highly recommend her due to her professionalism, experience, transparency, and empathy. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.

From beginning to know her as a realtor to the end of closing, she was excellent! She was always available for questions by any means (phone, online, and in-person) during the home buying and selling processes. She even toured the homes I was interested in person, whether finished or under construction, whether rain or shine while always regarding safety of her clients. We used Whaley Property Group to sell our home in Spring 2022. To say that our expectations were exceeded would be a huge understatement!!

Michele and Bill consulted with us from the very point at which we made the decision to sell. It was some of their recommendations, such as painting our downstairs, that clearly made the difference in the amount of traffic our home saw and, more importantly, the great price for which we eventually sold our home.

From the beginning, they kept us updated on a regular basis, but this was especially true during the weekend our house was listed and the following week. Their subject matter expertise in the real estate market clearly showed, being able to easily explain the differences between various offers and what we should consider with each. At the end of this period, we were able to move forward with the best overall offer for our home!!

Our experience from start to finish makes it easy for me to fully and wholeheartedly recommend Whaley Property Group!!

Having worked with Michele and Bill on our sale and purchase in 2017, when we decided to sell our home earlier this year there was never a doubt who we would use.
For the second time Michele and Bill were just as AWESOME to work with, going above and beyond to make the experience and smooth and as easy as possible, but securing us a better sale price than we could have ever imagined.

As we knew very little about home buying going in, we really appreciated their patient mentorship in helping us figure what we wanted (and didn't want), so that we felt we were making educated decisions on homes. I worked with Whaley Property Group to purchase my home. As an inexperienced homebuyer, I had so many questions and was initially worried about how this process would turn out, especially in this crazy housing market.

Bill and Michele were not only professional and competent, but they were extremely caring! Every time I had a concern or a question, small or big, they were happy to discuss it with me and help me feel at ease. With every decision that I had to make, they were thorough in their explanations -- they even created a spreadsheet for me on a Saturday morning to help me understand something very clearly. I never felt rushed to make any decision, and I'm incredibly grateful that they were patient with me. Michele and Bill are the best realtors we have ever had the pleasure of working with. To provide proper context for that statement, this is based on my wife's and my experiences of having purchased and sold 10 homes (individually and together) over the years which translates into working with at least 20 realtors (and having interviewed dozens more). From start to finish, they were personable and professional, meaning that they were very easy to work with and that whatever needed to get done, they got done in a timely and effective manner. This was true whether we were working with them virtually or in person, which was important because we had to list and sell our home in Georgia while we were still stuck in Massachusetts due to Covid. They personally went through our house, tidied and cleaned, beautifully staged each of our rooms, and took listing photos in advance because we were going to pack everything up when we were finally able to drive down. They helped us find a good moving company, a great painter to spruce up the rooms, as well as the closing attorney. We let them know that we wanted it to be a quick sell and closing, listened to their advice about the market, listed it at the upper end of their recommended range, got 6 offers in three days, and sold for well above our asking price. And talk about meeting our desire for a quick sale, we sold our house in just under 30 days from the day of listing to the closing! As one might imagine, that kind of aggressive schedule required everyone being hyper attentive to doing everything in a very timely manner. To sum it up, Michele and Bill, as a wife and husband team, provided a wonderful blend of complementary strengths and consistently went above and beyond what one might reasonably expect from a realtor every step of the way.

They were detail oriented, very responsive to any and all of my questions, knew exactly what to look for in the houses we toured, and were ready to creatively strategize about our bids as needed. They were recommended to us by our friends and so grateful to have had them on my side as i looked to buy a house remotely in the middle of one of the busiest real estate crazes. We took advantage of all technology available to us to communicate by phone, email, facetime, etc to make sure we were always on the same page.
