Seriously the best around! Michele was one of the best realtors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She went the extra mile to get me into my first home to include skillfully maneuvering around government bureaucracy to going to bat for me. She holds veterans like myself in the highest regard and quite literally moved heaven and earth. Professional, thorough, and timely communication. I am a realtor and I purchased a home Michele was listing. Michele is absolutely THE BEST!!! You want it done right, then she is your gal! Our experience selling our last home put us very on guard when it came time to sell our home. We found Michele through our neighbor who she successfully sold her home and boy we're glad we did. We thought we would be giving her a hard time but she made us feel very at ease. She outperformed our expectations when it came to professionalism, thoroughness and she has such a great intuition. Love how she was always ahead and would put your matters first but always lended experienced advise but always left the decision power to us. Her knowledge is impeccable, very transparent and accurately detailed. She always made sense of it with logic explanations with us in mind and with outcomes that made sense to us, even if we couldn't see it at the moment, when it came to an offer. She always made it about our interest and was never about her. Her thoughts about selling the home was always as if it were her own. We felt like family to her she never treated us like a client. She willing invested in advertising us properly and connected us to the proper channels to sell our home and to put our best foot forward. We completely trust her and have made a decision to continue to keep her as our permanant real estate agent but most importantly she is now family. She is stuck with us. There is this connection she now has with us and in such a short time, she already knew the kind of people we were. Our goal was to sell home before the New Year... if you are wondering how great Michele is, we got an offer on the first weekend but when that offer fell through Michele was relentless to get us back in the market and we had another buyer within a week, all during Christmas when other people in the neighborhood were pulling their house off the market. That right there ladies and gentleman, is what sets MY agent apart from everyone else. SHE IS THE REAL DEAL AND WE LOVE HER!! It was my first time buying a home, and Michele made it so easy! The hardest part was find a house that suited me! Everything else was a breeze! From getting pre-approved, all the way to closing! I was unloading groceries from my car one afternoon, when I saw a woman delivering something to each home in my neighborhood. Later that day, I checked my mail and in the lower slot of my mailbox was a package of popcorn with the wittiest message attached. I held on to the note. I just had the best feeling about this person, Michele Branning.

In 2021, our home had to be reconstructed from faulty plumbing. Once the remodel was complete, we decided to sell the home. I immediately knew that I would phone Michele to represent us in the sale.

My husband and I would be divorcing, so she not only had to list our home, but find my husband a new home at the same time.

Upon my first meeting with Michele, I was so impressed with her professionalism and enthusiasm. She knew the area so well.

We prepared the home for sale. Upon listing the property, we went to work on finding my husband a new home. Michele worked tirelessly for two full days. Yes, just two days! In that time frame, she sold our home and negotiated on a new property for my husband. I was so impressed with her drive, work ethic, abilities to negotiate.

But her commitment didn’t stop there. Michele was with us for every single step of the quick and crazy process. I felt like she was emotionally invested in our transition and happiness. I honestly don’t know how she was able to provide such support, knowledge and experience. Michele was always available to us, helping us to make the transition to a new life.

Since that time, she is still a trusted friend. I honestly feel that any life of life’s obstacles can be addressed by Michele Branning. She is not only the best realtor EVER, but also a Wonder Woman, the best and most calm problem solver.

I cannot express how much we still appreciate Michele. Trust her with your sale or purchase of a home. You will never regret meeting and working with this amazeballs woman!

Michele was an integral part of planning our cross country move! She was very generous with her time when I had lots of questions and was willing to set up searches for me to just browse in order to get a better sense of the market and inventory in the areas I was looking.

When crunch time came, Michele was on top of our lender and was so kind to us when my family arrived in town. She was also super helpful with getting us on track to register our kids for school as well as getting us a chance to introduce our kids to their new school.

A fountain of knowledge for local resources like restaurants and personal services, and infectious enthusiasm the whole way through. Thank you again for all your help in guiding us through this process!

Michelle has gone above and beyond for me and my family. We were looking for a rental in North Carolina, with Michelle's help we were able to find a great place. The world had other plans for us and we ended up having to relocate to Alabama. Michelle continued to be helpful and supportive. She helped us locate an agent in Alabama. Even though she wasn't our agent she continued to support, help answer questions and guide us. Michelle is the best agent ever!
