My husband and I decided to sell our investment property in beginning of 2022. Michele Buck has been guiding us through the whole process, from how to inform our tenants, to find house for them to move out at this very competitive rental market. So we were able to quickly move into our presale phase. Michele is very professional and pointed out the issues we needed to be addressed and fixed during our work through. She always provided her contractors and encouraged us to shop around. In the end we found her contractors are very good, get the job done well, and the cost was very reasonable. Michele is very approachable, helpful, always available and very patience to explain any questions. She communicated with us frequently for any issues, and progress during the entire process. The accurated listing price is very critical to sell the house quickly, Michele had evaluated twice during 60-day time frame. So we got several offers above our asking price in 2 days, and we decided to accept full price cash offer.
Michele Buck is an excellent real estate agent. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rental, buy or sell a home.

Michele helped me and my husband find a home during the summer of 2021. As everyone knows, the housing market is unbelievably competitive right now. Inventory is low and the number of people looking to move is very high. Michelle helped us to look at many, many homes, always listening to our needs and helping us to refine what we were looking for without ever putting any pressure on us. We were able to move at our own pace and only move on properties that we felt were the right fit for our family. We went through a couple of offers which we lost to other buyers before finding a for sale by owner home, which is the home we eventually purchased. It was not a smooth closing - we were delayed a number of times - and Michele went above and beyond to work with us and the seller to ensure we cleared all hurdles in order for us to eventually close. I cannot thank Michele enough for all of the extra effort she put into our home purchasing process. It was a difficult, long road but she remained in our corner and pushed for our best interests. Thank you Michele!
