Michele Deckman and her team deserve 15 stars! Absolute professionals, attention to detail, going above and beyond, and exceeding every expectation. The level of service is second to none. We had many twists and turns, and Michele navigated each one and had solutions ready. Her negotiation skills, legal background, and attention to detail are remarkable. You need all of these skills to close successfully in this market. I highly recommend her. And her team was outstanding!

We had the privilege of working with Michele Deckman from the start of this year to present day to buy a home and sell our current home - we cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, she demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication that truly set her apart in the real estate industry.

We had been looking on and off for the last few years and never felt like we had the right realtor experience to support what we were looking for in our next home. Then we met Michele at an open house and her tailored follow-up set her apart and we started the home search journey.

First and foremost, Michele took the time to understand our needs and preferences, ensuring that every property she presented to us met our wants and needs. She was incredibly knowledgeable about local market trends, neighborhoods, and amenities, providing invaluable insights that helped us make informed decisions throughout the process. She could have just signed us up for an MLS notification, which is what several realtors before her offered - but she took a personal approach and only highlighted the properties that met what we were actually looking for beyond # of beds / baths.

We bought and sold our home with Michele and there isn't anyone else I would have wanted to work with. Michele is knowledgeable, kind, and hardworking. She found us our dream first home in 2019 before it even went on the market and helped us get in our offer as soon as possible to secure the house. We absolutely loved the home and its location but we made the difficult decision to move across states. When the time came we immediately called Michele and knew she would be integral to getting our house sold in a timely manner. She helped prep and stage it beautifully. With her help and contacts we had multiple offers on the first day. Her incredible talent has set a record in the neighborhood!

We are so grateful to know her and we will continue to recommend her anyone and everyone we know in Maryland!

I met Michele Deckman while looking at a property she was representing in the Annapolis, MD area. My husband and I knew we wanted to move to the region from out of state to be closer to the water, but we didn’t know anything about Annapolis. I was immediately impressed with Michele’s knowledge of Annapolis communities and surrounding regions, the pros/cons of waterfront properties, the Annapolis lifestyle, and the housing market. Buying a house on the water presents unique opportunities and challenges. We would’ve been going into the process blind without Michele’s expert insights. Michele is also incredibly proactive, responsive, thorough, and detail-oriented — all of the qualities you want in an agent. Most importantly, she was not just interested in closing a sale; Michele genuinely wanted to find us the right home. We experienced some market-related challenges during the process, such as tough competition and disappointments with property conditions, but Michele stuck with us and kept us encouraged. There wasn’t a moment in time that I didn’t trust that Michele was doing everything she could to find us the perfect home for the next phase of our lives. I would give Michele 10 stars if I could!
