Michele DesCombes-Stone

Michele was born into a Real estate family. She is the granddaughter of a Portland real estate developer, her aunt sold real estate in the hot Hollywood California area, her sister is the leader of the Hatch Homes Group and they are the daughters of two career Realtors in the Portland area, John & Melody Hatch, our founders.

Having moved to Portland as a young teenager in 1992, Michele has seen the growth Portland has experienced and embraces it. She has lived on both sides of the river, in all quadrants of Portland and knows this city like the back of her hand. Moreover, she loves it here and is proud to call it home. She attended PCC and PSU and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Her passion for people, the desire to help people find a place to call home and her experience growing up with real estate all around her lead to her to choose the same path as her parents and become a licensed realtor, joining the family team in 2011.

Growing up in this business has given her a well-rounded approach and taught her that the most important thing is building trusted relationships with clients. You can see her passion shine through and choosing to work with her is easy and fun. The intense Portland market has taught her tough negotiating skills, the importance of knowing all options available to buyers and sellers and how important it is to know the local market statistics.
