1. Expertise-we all know that the quickest way to know a person’s level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions (I didn’t do it on purpose. It’s just what I do and me being by myself I had to bounce questions of some one). I couldn’t recall the specific questions that I’ve asked Michele but I was very impressed every time when I got the response. Her expertise and timely response made her really reliable. 2. Timely communication – Michele has so many clients at hand but I was amazed by how she was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. It’s not just about the deliver on time but it’s the accuracy of his response and the knowledge she has that really makes the whole home buying process smooth. 3. Care – this is where I really think Michele went above and beyond. I was on a short timeline do to an up coming deployment and Michele expedited the entire home buying experience and really had my back. Even though the process was rushed nothing was overlooked and I could feel very confident that I was receiving the best service a person could ask for! Michele has actually found two wonderful properties for me over the last few years; one that I now live in, and one, an investment property. She sent me weekly suggestions based on the type of home I was looking for. Of course, she answered all of my questions thoroughly and even made her own suggestions to make sure that I was covering all the basses. It was very comforting to know that with just one phone call, I’d have all of the information necessary to make a reasonable offer on a sought after property and then after submitting – Getting a YES! The most rewarding part of the transaction was one month after the closing date; she called just to make sure that I was happy in my new home…and then asked if there was anything else that she could have done to help make the transaction more comfortable.
