I wholeheartedly recommend Michelle to anyone selling their home. She was amazing! She guided us through each step of the process. She was honest with us about things we should address before listing. She set the initial selling price perfectly and we had over 100 showings and 20 offers all in 3 days!

Michele has been Phenomenal!! Her advice is top notch and she literally introduced me to the perfect home on the FIRST TRY!! I have seen some of the homes she has sold for a lot more money than was in my budget, but she literally treated me like a million dollar customer. In my view, she is the best realtor in all of Louisville! She will advocate for YOU! I absolutely recommend her with every ounce of energy that I have, she even introduced me to the perfect lender that empowered me to buy a home with very little money out of pocket. Don’t settle for some second rate 4 point something agent, go with Michele ! We closed a couple days ago on exactly the house I always wanted. She knew I didn’t have much just starting out and showed me what Kentucky Kindness looks like by filling my home with beautiful things and some essentials I hadn’t and perhaps wouldn’t have thought of. And so Michele is not only a phenomenal real estate Professional , but a top k notch high quality authentic human being. Every step of the way she was there to answer any questions and to put my mind at ease, even during my meltdown’s (apocalypse house buying will do that).
