She grew up in this area and knows the real estate market, what buyers and sellers in this area are looking for, and what it takes to get a deal closed. Michele knows marketing, financing, staging and remodeling. I have seen Michele work through the many details that must be navigated in order to get to a successful closing. She invests the time necessary to find buyers and sellers what they want. And her social skills when dealing with clients are impeccable.
