Michele helped us purchase an investment property in Florida all done remotely and made the whole process seamless! She did virtual walk throughs and connected us with a local lender in Florida that was just as amazing to work with. We were able to do the whole process in as little as 30 days with very little stress. Being that this was our first out of state purchase that is saying a lot. Her communication and attention to detail and our concerns along the way was top notch. We will most definitely be referring any friends and family to her and using her again for future deals.

When my husband and I came for a visit to Florida to begin the process of looking at vacation homes, we never would have dreamed that it would happen so quickly. Our realtor, Michele Lersch, helped make this experience so exciting and enjoyable for us. Since we only had a limited amount of time, Michele organized our day so that we could see a variety of places and still have time together to talk about the properties. She was really knowledgeable about the area and answered all the questions we had about the properties and buying a vacation home. She made the whole process feel easy and stress free even though we were making such a big decision. We feel incredibly grateful for her help and guidance and we can't wait to enjoy our new place.
