Michele Allen Patterson is a Tampa Bay native and has 25+ years in various areas of the real estate industry including mortgages. Her exposure to the real estate industry and her network in the Tampa Bay area assures her clients that she will provide them with her 100% attention to detail, hard work, creative service and devotion.
Michele attended Hillsborough County schools and went on to attend Florida State University for two years. Throughout Michele’s career, she has been inspired and trained by some of the best, including Dale Carnegie, Bert Rodgers, member of Toastmasters Int’l and a variety of local real estate groups. She has aspired to educate herself in the real estate market through various local investor groups, property management organizations and online videos.
She is a widow, the mother of 1 daughter and 2 sons and grandmother to seven. Michele is on the board of trustees of a non-profit organization that mentors boys and one of her most passionate but challenging positions is a Guardian Ad Litem. This is a child advocate program for abused, neglected or abandoned children, run by and funded by the State of Florida. Michele has been committed to the GAL program for Hillsborough County since 2011.
Michele is very experienced in working with banks for short sales and for REO/asset management and rehab. She is also experienced in providing reports, pictures, managing projects and crews for rehabs and repairs. Michele previously managed her family owned property preservation company and was very successful in that market. She will partner with investors, national banks as well as homeowners to assist with short sales, buying, selling, investing, foreclosure avoidance, property rehabs, asset management, code violations, and vacant property research. She is a team player and a motivator and will communicate with understanding and honesty.
