Michele Penner

Michele and her husband have owned property at Bretton Woods since 1996. After having sold their wholesale business in the southern part of the state in 2006, we moved to Bretton Woods to pursue a career promoting the area they loved through real estate sales. Michele has been licensed with the firm since 2007.

Continuing education and growing in the real estate profession is important to Michele. To that end, she has received a number of designations and recognitions in her decade at Badger Peabody & Smith Realty. She has earned her broker’s license and achieved the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designations. Michele has earned both the RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist) and the GREEN designation. In 2012 she received the highly coveted CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. The next year, her commitment to education continued when she earned the MGRI designation (Masters Graduate Realtor Institute). In 2016, Michele earned two designations, the RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) and the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist).

She has also been an active member and supporter of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors. Michele has been a National Honor Society Recipient 2008-2017 from the board and has served on the board since 2015. She is currently serving as Vice-President.

While continuing her education and serving on the Lakes Region Board or Realtors, Michele actively sold real estate in her Bretton Woods community. She has been awarded the company’s Residential Sales Associate of the Year four times: 2011, 2013, 2014 & 2016.

Michele has extensive knowledge of the Bretton Woods market and a proven ability to help both buyers and sellers through the process. Purchasing a property at Bretton Woods was the best thing she ever did for her family. Michele is thrilled to be helping others discover the same. She enjoys skiing, golf, hiking, reading, kayaking, and spending time with family & friends.
