Where to even begin explaining how Wonderful Michele posey is, she sold my house for me last year and i was going theu so much at the time and Michele made my life so much easier in the selling prosses, she was so fast at getting everything set up and get the house listed, the forsale sign in the front yard, also with doing the work of figuring out what my house was worth based on simular houses in the area and what they were listing for, she was in constant contact with me updating me on people coming to view the house! My house sold in roughly 2 weeks which to me was amazing and i know that it was solely due to her hard work and dedication to her Job! She is so easy to talk to and communicate with! I would recommend her to anyone out there looking to sell or even buy! My brother is in the process of looking now! I recently had the pleasure of working with Litz Custom Homes on the construction of my dream home, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, Litz Custom Homes exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the project.

The president of the company, Keith, and the vice president, Josh, were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, providing me with invaluable guidance and support throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer my questions and address my concerns, ensuring that the construction of my home was exactly what I envisioned.

Realtor Michelle was also a crucial part of the process, helping me find the perfect location to build my dream home. She was patient, diligent, and worked tirelessly to find the perfect lot for me, and for that, I am truly grateful.

The finished product was absolutely stunning, and I couldn't be happier with the final result.
