About Michele

Michele Rikard is a Rome, Georgia native. After graduating from the University of West Georgia, Michele spent nearly a decade serving as a Senior Level Executive Assistant and Marketing Director before stepping away to pursue entrepreneurial aspirations in 2016.

Growing up in a local family-owned business, Michele developed a love and appreciation for Rome at a young age. She states “Rome is a beautiful town with a rich heritage, charming architecture, and engaging people who enjoy sharing their lives with one another. I look forward to helping others achieve their real estate goals."

Hardy Realty has been #1 in sales in Floyd County for four years in a row (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022). Michele has been in the Top three or higher in sales volume for the past three years and in the Top ten since joining the Firm in 2016. She credits her success to the joy she finds in helping her clients.

Michele, her husband Dustin, and daughter Avery enjoy walking their goldendoodle Griffin around Downtown Rome and spending time on the lake with friends and family. Michele enjoys running, playing pickleball and a remodel project every now and then.
