I met Michelin at an Open House, and immediately felt like she was a friend. So much so, that when we decided to start seriously looking for a home, we chose her as our realtor.
Our first meeting was over dinner. My fiance and I had created a poster-board sized "list" (and drawing) of our needs, wants, and things that would be nice to have. We unrolled this poster, and she got quite a kick out of it. In fact, she hung it in her office while she worked with us.
Throughout our search, Michelin was supportive and informative. As what we wanted and needed changed and evolved, Michelin always showed us what we asked her to; whether it was a new build, townhouse, or manufactured home. She worked with us to get answers for our never-ending financial questions. She was a guide to the process. She shared her knowledge with us when we had tough decisions to make, and she never forced her ideas on us. In the end, she saw us through to home ownership. I have and do recommend Michelin as a realtor. When we decide to purchase our second home, we'll be doing with Michelin by our side, as our realtor.
