Friday night at Yoshi’s or Mijori for sushi and then to the Grand Lake Theatre in time to take in the organ player. Maybe a walk around Lake Merritt at night with the lights glistening off the water. Saturday morning, a drive to Napa Valley for some wine tasting and then to a friend’s BBQ in San Francisco.
Sunday, Michell will be showing houses all day. Then for a little client appreciation at a pub in their potential new hood.
This is a perfect weekend for her and why she loves living in the Bay Area. Nature meets nightlife in the best of ways abound. As a New York transplant, she really appreciates being minutes away from some of the most gorgeous trails in the world and from the best food, any city can offer. There is never a lack of new interesting, and exciting things to do.
Although most of my market research is conducted using analytics, she loves biking to the farmer’s market and stopping at all the open houses on the way. It gives her great insight into current real estate trends, and she always appreciates talking with seasoned professionals about what they see on the horizon. Being a Bay Area Real Estate Broker and Attorney, it’s her job to stay on top of the market and ever-changing rules and regulations, so she can best keep her clients informed and ready.
