Michelle's passionate about all facets of residential real estate and her love of design. She holds a BA in Interior Design which she has successfully integrated into her 17-year career as a Philadelphia Realtor. She brings a designer's expertise to each transaction, offering a unique opportunity to her clients, whether it is advising her Buyers on selecting the right property or working with her Sellers to creatively market and stage their property for a successful sale. As a real estate investor, she has designed and developed her own residential projects which have led to collaborating with other local builders and investors who employ her talents in finding investment opportunities, negotiating their purchase, executing space planning strategies, and providing finish specifications on a variety of residential projects, from single-family townhomes to large scale multifamily housing. As a resident of Philadelphia, she has immersed herself in her neighborhood and its community organizations, including SOSNA's Zoning Committee, and a supporter of Carpenter Green, a passive green park at 17th & Carpenter Street. Her personal time is spent rescuing and advocating for animals; volunteering and supporting local & national shelters. She is a board member of the Stray Cat Relief Fund, a nonprofit cat rescue.
